CONDITIONAL: Stem: vowel -> d

Rules:

Just like in the future, irregular verbs in the conditional all use the regular the conditional tense endings, but change the stem. In this category, some -ER and -IR verbs replace the E or I of the stem with a D, and then add the regular endings:

VOWEL -> D
tener to have tendr-
poner to put pondr-
valer to be worth valdr-
salir to leave saldr-
venir to come vendr-
